A rare pair of silvered lion head bosses from the czapka headdress of an officer of the Polish Lancers of the Imperial Guard. These were placed on either side of the headdress to secure the chinchain. One-piece embossed construction. Mounted on an attractive leather-covered card with hanging ring. A nice wall display.
